This winery, led by Pio Boffa, the great-grandson of the founding family, produces handcrafted, classically styled and world-renowned Piedmont wines. Tonight, we are honored to welcome the Boffa family as Chef Bruce creates Northern Italian inspired dishes that pair with these amazing wines.
