Located on the steep slopes on the eastern side of the Barolo appellation in Piedmont, Italy, Elio Grasso produces some of the most outstanding wines of the region including Chardonnay, Dolcetto, Barbera and Barolo. He has received the coveted Tre Bicchiere award from Gambero Rosso. Elio’s son, Gianluca Grasso, will present these outstanding wines paired with Chef Bruce’s Northern Italian influenced menu.
