Tonight, we pay homage to Oregon wines with a brand new and exciting theme dinner. Chef Bruce traveled to Willamette in September and was fortunate enough to spend time at Soter, Elk Cove and Drouhin. The wines he tasted inspired him to create this special event and invite all three wineries to be showcased during this milestone year. Tony Soter from Soter Vineyards, Adam Campbell, from Elk Cove, and David Millman, from Domaine Drouhin, will lead a diverse and entertaining evening finished with a special surprise that draws from their experiences together.
