Hirsch Vineyards overlooks the Pacific Ocean on the very edge of the Sonoma Coast. This was the first vineyard planted in the area to produce premium pinot noir. Their pinot noirs and chardonnays represent a pure style of winemaking that focuses on single vineyards and micro plants. Owner, Jasmine Hirsch, will lead us through an evening discussing their farming first philosophy and minimal intervention winemaking approach.
